VPD's Stanley Cup Game 3 recap

Vancouver Police are reporting that about 35,000 people came downtown last night to take in Game 3. With less people than games 1 and 2 and a Canucks loss to send people home early, the streets were quieter and officers had fewer liquor pour-outs.

Large crowds are expected downtown on Wednesday for Game 4 as people cheer on the Canucks to rebound with a win so they have a chance to win the Stanley Cup at home on Friday night.

VPD officers will be out early on Wednesday as crowds gather and will continue to go beyond the call to meet and greet people to ensure everyone coming into the city has a safe and memorable experience.
