Video: Kanye West compares himself to Hitler
"The media is trying to spin it like I'm crazy ... They don't realize it's to make a better product for y'all," claimed Kanye in at the Big Chill concert in London.
In a long-winded speech covering ground on every topic from misogyny to music video excellence, Kanye talked about how people viewed him as crazy and evil, like the German dictator:
"I walk through the hotel and I walk down the street, and people look at me like I'm fucking insane, like I'm Hitler. One day the light will shine through and one day people will understand everything I ever did."
He's absolutely right. The media does fall all over itself to make him look crazy, and 99 per cent of what he says in this video is sane and legitimate.
But West does a pretty good job of feeding the media frenzy. Over the years, he's compared himself to Jesus Christ, a monster, and portrayed himself as a powerful man of biblical proportions in his "Power" video.

Can we please go back to the days when the guy was content to compare himself to Jay-Z? Or do we have to hear a Kanye West-Stalin/Kim Jong-Il/Pol Pot comparison before the summer ends?
