Sarah Palin will announce her candidacy for the U.S. Presidency "sometime around Labor Day," former Bush chief-of-staff Karl Rover said yesterday. Palin is scheduled to be the keynote speaker at the Tea Party of America's "Restoring America" rally on Sept. 3 in Iowa. Rove said the event is her "last chance" to announce. "She either gets in or gets out [after the Iowa visit]. I think she gets in."
